
Mr. Parker Graduated in 1990 from Auburn University with a degree in Political Science. He then attended the University of Alabama School of Law, graduating in 1995 as the Moot Court Board Chairman and a member of the Farah Law Society. Mr. Parker started his law practice with Pierce, Carr and Alford and then left that firm with the founding members of Carr, Alford, Clausen and McDonald. Mr. Parker became the youngest full equity partner in this firm in 2001 at the age of 33. He became the head of the Hiring Committee and supervised 10 lawyers and 15 staff.

Mr. Parker is also a graduate of the IADC (International Association of Defense Counsel) Trial Academy and has been an instructor at the Alabama Defense Lawyers Trial School. From 2003-2007 Mr. Parker was one of approximately 20 outside lawyers, nationwide, who worked for CNA Insurance Company who reviewed cases with claims over 1 million dollars. This included review of the claim, working with the claims adjuster and local counsel, numerous mock trials and jury science and, in certain circumstances, trying the case. Mr. Parker has also had a similar role with AON Insurance Company. In this capacity, Mr. Parker has been involved with cases in almost half the states in the country.
